Who doesn't love a piña colada? For sipping while lying by the beach, I can't think of a more perfect drink. Creamy coconut combined with tangy sweet pineapple will always bring back good memories of lazy summer days. Taco Bell manages to capture this in a nonalcoholic version you can get at the drive-thru. The added fizz of lemon-lime soda makes this drink really sparkle.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup piña colada mix
1/4 cup Sierra Mist or other lemon-lime soda
1 lime slice
Procedure:
Place the ice, piña colada mix, and soda in the blender and blend until the ice has been crushed. Pour into a glass and top with the lime slice.
