Ingredients:

1½ cups sherry wine (dry)
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 oz lemon juice
¼ cup brown sugar
1½ oz honey
1½ Tbsp garlic, minced
1½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
1½ tsp Szechwan peppercorns
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and reserve.
