Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 bag Penne Rigate Pasta
8 chicken thighs (bone and skin removed - optional)
1 jar Rao's Garden Vegetable Sauce
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Preheat sauté pan, add oil to pan along with garlic cloves, season chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan. Brown chicken on all sides. Remove garlic cloves and chicken from pan, dreain excess oil from sauté pan.
Add Rao's Garden Vegetable Sauce to pan along with any drippings. Stir ingredients together and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
In the meantime, boil water for pasta, cook and drain according to directions. Add pasta to your serving platter, place sauce on top and serve.
