Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 banana, mashed
1 cup oats
1½ cup walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup raisins
Procedure:
1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius / 320 degrees Fahrenheit
2) Cream butter and sugar.
3) Add eggs and vanilla.
4) Add the dry ingredients.
5) Add the mashed banana.
6) Add oats, nuts and raisins and mix just until the dough comes together.
7) Scoop about 2 tablespoons per cookie on a lined baking sheet.
8) Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
