The Cheesecake Factory: Buffalo Blasts
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 Pack Wonton wrappers (large squares)
Water
1 egg (egg white only)
1 baked chicken breast, shredded
Frank's buffalo style hot sauce
Grated cheese (Mexican mix or the cheese of your choice)
Plain bread crumb
Optional Ingredients:
Celery sticks
Blue cheese dip
Ranch dip
Procedure:
Place a layer of shredded chicken breast inside a piece of wonton wrapper. Top chicken with cheese. Drizzle hot sauce over it. (Optional: add garlic powder).
Moisten the edges of the wonton with water or egg. Fold wonton horizontally and press edges closed. Using a pastry brush, brush egg white over the outside. Cover wonton with the bread crumb. Deep fryer at 375° until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil off the wonton.
