Ingredients:
6½ oz salmon fillet
1 cup cream
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped shallots
olive oil, as needed
2½ oz farfalle pasta
5 pcs cherry tomatoes cut in half
basil bunch, as needed
Fresh black pepper and salt, as needed
Freshly grated parmesan, as needed
Procedure:
1. In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted water
2. Cut the salmon fillet in 1/4? thick slices
3. Pour some olive oil into a hot frying pan and fry the salmon on both sides. Season with salt and fresh black pepper. Add garlic and shallots to the salmon and fry for about a minute. Add white wine, reduce for 1 minute and then add the cream. Add the basil and cherry tomatoes to the sauce. 4. Toss the ready cooked pasta in the sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
