Description: This is a tasty baste on grilled or sauteed shrimp. Also makes a great baste for
other grilled seafood such as tuna or salmon.

Seafood: shrimp
Seasonings: red pepper flakes, brown sugar, ground coriander, black pepper,
ground celery seed, paprika, granulated garlic

Sauces: Ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, your favorite beer
Cooking Method: stovetop
Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup BBQ sauce-your choice
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 can of your favorite beer (A true Wisconsin Beer connoisseur would use a bottled beer)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. granulated garlic
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Make sure to keep stirring as this sauce can scorch easily.
Reduce by 1/3. (This means to keep simmering until 1/3 of the sauce has evaporated).
Remove from heat.
