LongHorn Steakhouse's Herb Rub Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary-finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme-finely chopped
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 whole beef tenderloin, 4-6 pounds
olive oil

LongHorn Steakhouse's Herb Rub Procedure:
1. In a small bowl mix the rub ingredients.
2. Lightly coat the meat with oil.
3. Season the meat all over with the herb rub.
