Bristol Bar and Grill Dressing Recipe

Serving size: 16

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup  red wine vinegar
3/4 cup  Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
1 tsp minced parsley -- minced
1 tsp chives -- minced
2 tbsp onion -- minced
2 cloves garlic -- minced

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. (I do 2 or 3 two- to three-second pulses on the food processor.)
