Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
2 lg. jars of favorite spaghetti sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
4-5 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper
2 – 16 oz. bowtie or penne pasta

Procedure:
Preheat oven 350°. In a large pan bring salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook till semi-firm. Drain and set aside. Cook ground beef till done. Drain and rinse, then put back in pan. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Bring to boil, then remove from heat and add pasta, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and 3 cups of mozzarella. Stir well and pour into greased pan. Cover the top with the remaining mozzarella. Set on cookie sheet and bake 35-45 minutes or until it bubbles. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a large salad and garlic toast.
