Ingredients:
8 red potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. diced pickles
1/2 c. diced olives
2 c. diced celery
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp dill weed
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Procedure:
Place diced potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Once potatoes are done, remove from water and let cool. Combine the pickles, olives, celery, garlic powder, dill weed, black pepper, salt, mustard, mayonnaise and enjoy!
