Cooking Method: stovetop
Ingredients:
5-6 large shrimp
1 tsp oil
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1.5 oz bourbon
2 tsp shallots minced
1/2 tsp garlic
4 oz heavy cream
Salt and pepper as needed
Procedure:
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sauté in oil on high heat. Brown slightly and remove from
pan. Deglaze with bourbon. Reduce bourbon by half. Add remaining ingredients except cream
resource bourbon until almost dry. Add heavy cream reduce by half. Add shrimp toss to coat
and finish cooking. Add salt and pepper to taste.
