Lemongrass Paste Ingredients:
½ cup chopped lemongrass
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
½ bunch of cilantro
tsp ginger
2 jalapeños
½ canola oil
Procedure:
Place all ingredients except oil in the food processor. Puree and add oil as pureeing.
