Duck Glaze Ingredients:
¾ cup water
½ cup roasted or regular rice vinegar
½ cup honey
¼ teaspoon red food coloring (optional)

Duck Glaze Procedure:
1. Mix in small pot and bring to simmer
2. Remove from heat and hold for use
