Blackening Rub Recipe - Chef Michael Feker


Chef Michael Feker's Blackening Rub Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Powdered Mustard
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Fresh Grated Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

Procedure:
In a stainless steel bowl whisk all of the ingredients for the rub together.
