Pico de Gallo Recipe - Chef Chris Schumacher


Ingredients:
15 ea Roma tomato
3 sprigs Cilantro
1 small Red onion
1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 shot Worcestershire
1 shot Tobasco
1/2 tbsp Garlic
1/2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Procedure:
1. Dice tomatoes and onions, mince cilantro, mix together
2. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust seasonings. Chill for 4 hrs. Serve
