Ingredients:
10 Chinese black mushrooms (stems removed)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stock or water
Procedure:
1. Bring six cups of water and salt to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for about two minutes. Asparagus should be crisp. Drain asparagus and set aside.
2. Boil mushrooms for two minutes. Drain and set aside
