Finch & Fork Restaurant: Birds Of A Feather - Signature Drink Recipe


Ingredients:
1½ oz. Hangar One Buddha's Hand Vodka
1/4 oz. Yuzu Juice
3.4 oz. Lemon Juice
3.4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Thai Chili

Top with Ginger Beer

Procedure:
Place Thai chili, lemon, simple syrup in a mixing glass and muddle.
Add remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake.
Double strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with chili.
