Palm Restaurant: Blackened Atlantic Salmon with Mango Salsa Recipe


Ingredients:
13.5 - 14 oz fresh Atlantic salmon fillet
1 oz - olive oil (to coat the fish)
Pinch - kosher salt
Parsley
Mango Salsa  Recipe >>

Procedure:
Rub the fish with olive oil and kosher salt and then place in a broiler with lemonwater. Broil the fillet until golden brown. If necessary, you can finish cooking it in the oven. Place on a plate with the prepared mango salsa (see mango salsa recipe) lemon wedges, a sprig of parsley and chopped parsley.
