Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
1 lg. Napa (Chinese cabbage)
3 pieces of green onions
¼ cup julian cut carrots
¼ cup julian cut turnips
½ tbsp. fresh garlic
½ tbsp. fresh ginger
½ cup crushed red pepper
Procedure:
Soak Napa in ½ cup of salt water for at least one hour. Drain the Napa and mix with the remaining ingredients.
