Ingredients:
3 lb. red skin potatoes (diced in 1/4 in. pieces)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 oz. olive oil
2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
3 Tbsp. Lawry’s garlic salt
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced onions
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients into a 12 inch baking pan and stir evenly. Roast in a 375° preheated oven for 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
