¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 packet sugar substitute
Procedure:
In a small bowl combine cottage cheese, spice, and vanilla extract. In another bowl combine
applesauce and sugar substitute, stir well. Then mix together well. Notes:
