Ingredients:
2 ounces Bols Genever
3/4 ounce St. Germain
1 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce Cucumber Juice
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
Garnish with Cucumber Wheel
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
Note:
When making cucumber juice, do not peel off the skin before juicing. It adds color and texture to the cocktail.
