Ingredients:
1 pound Mussels
4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup Fresh Tomatoes
1/3 cup White Wine
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp of Fresh Butter
Procedure:
Place fresh mussels in a sautéed pan put and add garlic cloves. Cook for 2 minutes, add wine and diced tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes or until the mussels are open. Finish with butter. Pepper flakes and seasoning with salt and black pepper. Served with garlic toast points.
