Baked Kale Chips Recipe - Chef Graham Smith
Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients:
12 oz. fresh kale, individual leaves
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Procedure:
Remove stems and cut leaves into 2” pieces. Wash well and spin dry. Toss with olive oil and salt. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer and bake in a 275-degree oven, flipping leaves a few times until crisp, about 35-45 minutes. Cool and store at room temperature in an airtight container.
