Peanut Sauce Recipe - Chef Patrick Moore


Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Oil
1/2  teaspoon Minced garlic
1/4  teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon    Curry powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper flakes
4  ounces Coconut milk
5  ounces Chicken stock
2  ounces Rice wine vinegar
5  ounces Peanut butter


Peanut Sauce Procedure:
Heat a medium sauce pan over low heat.
Add oil and heat.  Add garlic, ginger, curry powder and pepper flakes and sauté for 10-20 seconds to bloom spices flavor.
Add coconut milk, chicken stock and rice wine vinegar and bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
Turn heat off and whisk in peanut butter until smooth.
