Epcot Food and Wine Festival: Chimichurri Sauce


Chimichurri Sauce:
1 large white onion, finely chopped 

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 

1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped 

2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped 

1/2 tsp saffron threads, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water 

1 cup white vinegar 

1 cup olive oil 

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 



Chimichurri Sauce Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
