China White Noodle Bar: Dumpling Dipping Sauce Recipe




Dipping Sauce:
■  4 Tbsp soy sauce
■  ½ cup hot water
■  1 tsp granulated sugar
■  2 tsp rice vinegar
■  2 tsp sesame oil
■  fresh julienne ginger (to taste)      
■  chili oil (to taste)

Dipping Sauce Procedure:
Blend all ingredients together. Add chili and ginger to taste and serve as a dip.
