Ingredients:
2 oz. Absolut Los Angeles
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
1 spoonful of blackberry jam
Splash of sparkling wine
Procedure:
Add all ingredients except wine to a shaker, and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Strain mixture over ice in a rocks glass. Top with sparkling wine.
