Ingredients:
2 tsp yeast
¼ cup warm water
1 tsp brown sugar
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup warm water
Procedure:
Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup water with brown sugar.
In a large mixing bowl add flour and salt. Mix together to combine.
Add yeast mixture and additional water to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
Allow dough to double in size.
Divide into 8 rounds and roll into flat circle. Allow dough to rest for about 20 minutes.
Bake on a preheated 450 degree baking stone until cooked.
