Ingredients:
4 (8oz) Center Cut Pork Chops
1 Granny Smith Apple Peeled and sliced
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
2 tbsp of light brown sugar
2 tbsp of honey
3 tbsp of brandy
3 tbsp of cold butter cut into pats
1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon
Procedure:
Grill Pork chops to a internal temp of 140°. In a sauté pan over medium heat, add pecans, brown sugar,
and honey. When sugar begins to melt add apples and cinnamon, sauté until apples are till tender. Add cold butter pats on at a time until fully incorporated with sauce. Place cooked pork chops on plate and laddle sauce over each one. Serve with mashed potatoes or bake sweet potato.
