Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse
½ oz. Cointreau
1 oz. limejuice
½ oz. Monin Blood Orange
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. cranberry juice
Dash of bitters
Dash of club soda
Float of Kraken rum
Pineapple Wedge on rim
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously
Strain into an iced glass
Float with Kraken rum.
Garnish with pineapple wedge.
