Ingredients:
7 oz Flank steak
2 oz Wilted Spinach
1 oz Caramelized Onions
1 oz Bacon Bites
2 oz Provolone Cheese
Salt and pepper As needed
1 pinch Thyme
¼ oz Chopped garlic
Oil
1 piece Cooked crepe
Procedure:
Marinate flank steak and reserve for 12 hours.
Cook on the flat grill to medium rare.
Slice and mixed with ingredient for the crepe.
Place all the ingredients in the crepe
Heat it on the flat grill
To be served hot with side salad.
