III Forks: Remoulade Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salad oil
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Creole mustard
1 tbs. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
Juice 1 lemon
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 Tbs. capers
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. parsley, chopped

Procedure:
In a small dish, combine paprika and salad oil and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Stir in the paprika oil for cover.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
