Capital Grille: Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1½ lbs. Raspberries
¼ lb. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt

Procedure:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the raspberries, sugar and salt.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree, and pour through a strainer
