Capital Grille: Ancho Chili Rub Recipe

Serves: 10 each Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients:
1 cup Ancho chili powder
¼ cups Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
½ Tablespoon Black Pepper
½ cup Sugar
¼ Tablespoon Hickory Powder
2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
¼ cup Chili Powder
½ Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
½ Tablespoon Onion Powder

Procedure:
Mix all together and heavily season steak just before grilling. Grill to desired temp.
