Wild Bull Saloon and Steakpit: Wild Bull Chili Recipe


Yields: approximately one gallon

Ingredients:
l.5 pounds ground beef
1 tbls. Canola oil
2 large onions diced
3-4 cloves garlic
l each med. Size green, red, yellow peppers
1/4 Cup chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
l-28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 fresh jalapeno pepper minced
1 can 28 oz red kidney beans
1 Cup fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
