Ingredients:
1 C. Milk, Coconut
¾ C. Juice, Orange
1 C. Yogurt, Vanilla
8 oz. Fruit, Frozen or Fresh, Strawberry
2 ea. Banana, fresh, cut into pieces
2 oz. Honey
1 C. Ice
2 TBSP Herb, Mint, fresh, chopped
Procedure:
1. In a blender measure & combine all ingredients. Save some mint sprig for garnish. Pulse blender until smoothie is consistency of a malt.
