Ingredients:
4 avocados
1 c. “citrus” juice
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. cilantro
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. half & half
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Peel the avocados, chop up the onion, and chop up the cilantro. Place in a blender the olive oil, half & half, and your choice of fresh citrus juices (we recommend lime and lemon). Add the avocados (don’t forget to remove the big ‘ol seeds), the onion, and cilantro. Garnish with tomato on top.
Bruschetta Chips Ingredients:
1 baguette
Olive oil
Dried basil
Bruschetta Chip Procedure:
Slice the baguette diagonally into thin slices, approximately 1/4 inch or less thick. Lightly brush the top of each slice with olive oil. Sprinkle each slice with basil. Grill the slices on a griddle or in a skillet until golden brown. Serve with the guacamole, other dips, or just eat by themselves.
