The Saint James: Kale Salad Recipe


Yields: 1 portion

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped, washed kale
2 TBSP feta cheese
2 TBSP roasted red peppers
1 radish, shaved or thinly sliced
1 TBSP sliced raw onion
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP agave
1 TSP Sherry vinegar

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Plate
