Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1½ cups tomato juice (low sodium is best)
⅓ cup plus 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves (1 tbsp)
2 tsp dried oregano or 2 tbsp fresh oregano, minced
2 tsp dried basil or 2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand
