Roy's Restaurant: Hibachi Salmon Teriyaki Glaze Recipe


Ingredients:
1 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. green onion - chopped
2 oz. salmon filet

Procedure:
Mix ingredients all together and coat salmon with mixture.
Grill 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with steamed rice and vegetable of choice.
