Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp powdered sugar - (dessert spoon)
1 ounce caramel topping
Instructions:
Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Place one portion of apple cobbler in a small chilled bowl. Microwave 30 seconds or possibly heat to an internal temperature of 110 degrees.
Lightly press one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the center of the cobbler. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of cinnamon-sugar mix over apple cobbler. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert to give a lattice effect. Sprinkle powdered sugar over dessert. Place dessert spoon at 3 o'clock. Serve immediately.
