Creamy Cappuccino Italian Ice - Chef Jamie Roraback

Ingredients: instant espresso powder or regular instant coffee, condensed sweetened milk
Serves: 6

Ingredients: 
3/4 Cup boiling water
3 Tbsp. instant espresso powder or use 4 Tbsp. if regular instant coffee
1 Can condensed sweetened milk (14 oz. can)
¼ Cups cold water

Procedure:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the boiling water and instant espresso powder, whisk to dissolve. Whisk in the condensed sweetened milk until evenly combined. Stir in the cold water. Divide the mixture among four 2 cup containers and freeze fully.

To prepare ice for serving, shave using an ice shaver or process until granular like in a food processor or in an ice crushing blender. Divide into serving bowls and garnish if desired with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
