Ruth’s Chris Steak House: Garden Salad



Ingredients:
3 oz Mixed greens
1 oz Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ Tsp Kosher Salt (shaken)
½ oz Dried Cherries
2 Tbs Roasted Corn
1 Tbs Crispy Bacon Bits
1 Tbs Crumbled Goat Cheese
3 Grape Tomatoes

To Plate:
1 Weigh out 3 ounces of steak house salad mix and put into a mixing bowl.
Add vinaigrette dressing, salt, dried cherries, and roasted corn to the mixing bowl. toss salad mixture well to coat.
2. Pile the salad mixture onto the center of the plate.
3. Measure out and sprinkle crispy bacon bits and crumbled goat cheese over the top of the salad mixture.
4. Place the grape tomato on edge
