Chili's Bar and Grill: Steak Fajitas

Ingredients:
2 lb. sirloin or flank steak
1 red bell pepper (cut in thin strips)
1 green bell pepper (cut in thin strips)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
Steak Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup water
Procedure:
Mix together in a bowl:
1 cup soy sauce, ¼ cup honey, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 cup water.
Mix together 2 lb. sirloin or flank steak and ¾ of the marinade in a glass dish. Cover, and allow steak to marinate overnight. Reserve ¼ cup of marinade for the cooking process.
Drain meat and slice into thin strips. Heat skillet over medium high. Add drained meat, 1 red bell pepper (cut in thin strips), 1 green bell pepper (cut in thin strips), 1 onion (thinly sliced) in the skillet. Stir−fry just until meat is done. Add reserved marinade as needed to prevent sticking. Serve with warmed flour tortillas
