Lemon-Chive Oil Recipe - Chef Robert Irvine

Lemon-Chive Oil Ingredients:
1 package (.66 ounces) chives
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Juice of 1 small lemon

Procedure:
In blender or bowl of food processor with knife blade attached, purée all ingredients 30 seconds or until chives are finely chopped, scraping sides of blender occasionally with rubber spatula.
