Ingredients:
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
Procedure:
1. Toast spices in a skillet, dry, for 2 - 3 mins. Till they start to darker. Remember to constantly move the spices or they will burn. Toasting of the spice brings out a more pronounced flavor.
2. Place all seeds in a spice grinder or coffee grinder. pulse 2 or 3 times till the seeds are broken into even pieces. careful not to grind into a powder.
3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
4. Season your steak with season salt, all around. cook to desired temp and ENJOY!
