Seafood Salad Stuffed Avocado Recipe - The Frugal Chef


Ingredients:
2 cups artificial crab ‐ separated
10 boiled shrimp ‐ chopped
1 scallion ‐ chopped
1 large celery stalk ‐ chopped
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1/2 large lemon ‐ juiced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Avocados – halved and peeled
Lettuce leaves

Procedure:
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Line a plate with lettuce. Place the avocado halves on top.
Fill each one with seafood salad. Serve.
