Restaurant Quarré: Red Dream Drink Recipe



Notes:

Ingredients:
Elektric mixer
Long drink glass
20 fresh raspberries
6 cl / 2.02 fl. oz Bacardi black
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz vanilla syrup
1 cl / 0.33 fl. oz lemon juice
14 cl / 4.73 fl. oz maracuja nectar

Procedure:
Put the fresh raspberries, dark rum, vanilla syrup and maracuja nectar over crushed ice into an electric mixer. Blend until smooth, then pour the cocktail into a long drink glass.
